Hand's sire, King Two Eye, earned 97 performance points in AQHA events --calf roping, team roping, working cow horse, reining and western pleasure. He was undefeated in amateur team roping and stood grand and reserve champion stallion in both amateur and open AQHA halter classes. His sire, Two Eyed Jack, is the leading sire of AQHA champions of all time. Two Eyed Jack was inducted into the AQHA Hall of Fame.

Hand's Dam, Janes Peppy Girl, was a great rope horse in both AQHA, where she earned a register of merit in calf roping and team roping, as well as in pro rodeo.
